We wanted some longhorns...
"Vickie" is the start of the herd of Longhorns for R&R. She is a thicker / beefier nice-bodied cow with substance and has a huge bag! (That is the kind of longhorn we wanted.) She also has a pretty, short face with a good wide eye-set. She oughta be able to raise a really good calf - in fact she just calved our first registered longhorn on May 12, 2009. She'll be bred for 2010 - more on that later.
